Italian Ice Alabaster
This is a unique carved stone piece. The Italian White Alabaster has some great lines in it, is translucent in some areas, and rests loose on it's base. Looks cool from any angle. It was carved by hand with a variety of tools, both traditional and powered.
NOTE: The wood base and sculpture are NOT permanently attached to one another. The stone rests on the base. The base is 3lbs and 8"x5.5"x3.5". There is a metal pin at one end of the sculpture which could (although not my personal favorite) be used to display this piece vertically. Also, the size is a close approximation due to the irregular shape of the piece. Please also consider that alabaster is a fairly soft stone and you should wear soft gloves when moving it to avoid creating any scratches.
