Abstract Metal Rods
This sculpture is made up of more than 100 individual metal rods, each welded and arranged in a towering abstract shape. It has a very industrial vibe...welding splatter is still there, it's not this perfect smooth thing, and that's exactly the intent. It's meant to be raw and rough, but still have a cool flow and movement. It looks great from all sides and works well just sitting on the floor, and up on a plinth off the ground. It's been painted with a hammered silver color that gives it a punch.
